The trilogy consists of 3 overnights with your first breakfast at the Pool, the grand breakfast and brunch buffet until 11.30 am, something sweet or a piece of cake from our own Patisserie in the hotel foyer in the afternoon as well as the culinary programme listed bellow (Drinks not included with the menus).
Get to know our three à la carte restaurants in the form of a culinary excursion. On the first evening: a 5-course menu in our Kaminstube. On the second evening: we present regional specialities during a 4-course men u in our Dorfstuben. The culinary highlight at midday on the third day: a festive 5-course menu by 3-star chef Claus-Peter Lumpp with Restaurant Manager Thomas Brandt and Head Sommelier Jürgen Fendt. The evening is at your disposal.
You can also savour an aperitif in our Wine Cellar on Tuesday or Friday evening depending on your day of arrival.
