Spicy farmers' sausages, balls of butter, cream cheese and lard for a start. Followed by Black Forest and Swabian specialities: home-made noodles with cheese, pasta pockets, bacon pancakes, Strasbourg sausage salad, snack plates, freshly smoked trout or roast duck. Accompanied by a draught pils, a quarter litre of Badener wine, or Dorfstuben Edition wine.
