Programme of courses

We have a sports programme from Monday to Sunday for our guests as tasters – differing every day. We offer the opportunity to participate in the various courses: water gymnastics, Yoga, Smovey rings, back training, stretching, Pilates, Nordic walking, progressive Jakobsen muscle relaxation exercises, autogenous training, and much else besides. The courses are suitable for beginners and experts of all ages. The exercises do not require any prior knowledge. We adjust the intensity individually
to your personal level of proficiency and your aims. Preferably, the training units take place outdoors
or alternatively in our Gymnastics Room.
