After an aperitif, we serve a seasonal and regional menu in our ancient farmhouse. Listen to the Black Forest's last charcoal burner Thomas Faißt telling lively and true stories about the forest, charcoal and the "Murg Valley" culture of the past.

Charge for hotel guests with the Culinary Day is € 69.- including aperitif and entertainment programme, but no additional beverages.Bus transfer: 6.15 pm from the hotel entrance.
