Rooms are ready for you from 3.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and are to be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Regardless of this, late checkout is possible – depending on availability. We would be pleased to look after your baggage, too.
All rooms, apartments and suites have flat-screen TV with international and national channels (and Sky), radio, private safe, minibar, telephone with direct dialling (also in bathroom), free internet access, hairdryer, bathrobe, beach bag and bathing slippers. Our hotel also has rooms for those with allergies; we would be pleased to provide personal advice. We trust that you will understand that we cannot promise to reserve particular room numbers or floors.
If necessary, we would be pleased to organise a qualified babysitter for you from our list at any time (Price per hour: 20 €); all contacts are known to us personally and enjoy our complete confidence. Notwithstanding the above, we provide you with baby beds, babyphones, bottle warmers, nappy bins, potties, bathtub and nappy changing combinations as well as electrical socket covers if needed.
The Bareiss half-board stands for limitless delectability, and represents a feast from early morning to late in the evening. We lead off from 7.00 am with exquisite snacks, tea and coffee at the Pool Bistro Oasis, before we pull out all the stops from 8.00 am til 11.30 am with our legendary Bareiss breakfast buffet. Cakes and pastries are provided in the afternoon, while in the evening we invite you to dine in the hotel guest restaurants. We kindly ask you to come for dinner between 7.00 and 8.00 pm. Our starter buffet will be available until 8.30 pm. The hotel’s guest restaurants close at 10.30 pm. We serve a daily midnight snack for night owls in the Bar and in the Smokers’ Lounge from 11.45 pm.

We have put the most important information on our Bareiss Tablet in order to give you a quick overview of our hotel so that you can shape your stay with us according to your wishes. You will find the tablet in your room. We would also, of course, be pleased to be of assistance to you personally at any time should you have any questions or concerns.
You will receive a discount of € 180 per night for double rooms, apartments and suites used by just one person –depending on availability.
Out of respect and consideration for other guests, we ask you to dress appropriately for dinner. The same applies for your visit to our Beauty & Spa. Thank you!
We have set up 16 charging points for guests travelling to us with an electric or hybrid vehicle. You have the option of either booking a permanent parking space which includes a charging point for the duration of your stay, or you can use one of the three charging points available for temporary reservations. These are also available to our day guests. Occupancy is subject to availability. Our charging points are operated in cooperation with deer GmbH.
We organise a changing programme of entertainment throughout the year for all ages and all generations. The range extends from tours of the hotel, through sports courses, to readings and classical concerts. Children have their own dedicated programme in which participation is largely free-of-charge. We do, however, charge a fee for excursions or individual training sessions.
A wellness weekend, a dinner for two, or a choice of products in our Shopping Passage: vouchers are always a lovely gift idea and are, of course, available from us. Contact our Reservations team and let them advise you, or make an online order. We ask for your understanding that we only issue vouchers against payment in advance.
You do not want to arrive on public transport but also do not want to drive yourself? On request, our chauffeur will collect you from your home and bring you to our Bareiss safely and most comfortably – and, of course, take you home again just as relaxedly after your visit. Enjoy the journey through the wonderful Black Forest landscape as part of your holiday, and switch off from the very first moment.
A dynamic pricing system will apply to our room rates from 2023. They result from the time of the enquiry, the intended booking period, the respective demand and the given occupancy rate.
The hotel bill as well as the bills in the à la carte restaurants and in the shopping arcade can be paid in cash, by EC card or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
This price list supersedes all previous price lists. In the event of VAT increases, the prices will be adjusted. In the event of a serious increase in energy costs, we reserve the right to charge an energy surcharge.
Room rates may be subject to change due to renovations.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to three weeks before your arrival – except over the Christmas period. Should you cancel or abridge your room reservation at short notice, we reserve the right to charge 80 % of the room price to cover your absence. To avoid this unpleasant situation we offer our own Holiday Cancellation Insurance, protecting you against cancellation fees. Our Reservations team would be glad to advise you.
If you have reserved a late flight or train on the day of your departure we offer you a late checkout service. You can still use your room and all the hotel amenities on this day until 6.00 p.m. according to availability and at short notice.
Dayroom supplement: 120 € / room.
The hotel bill, as well as the bills for the à-la-carte restaurants and the Shopping Passage can be paid in cash, by EC card or credit card (VISA or MasterCard). We cannot accept American Express credit cards however.
The Bareiss category price applies for one, two or thr ee nights. We will book one of the follo wing categories for you:

We ask for your understanding that our room offer is divided into room categories and that booking a certain room type is only possible from 4 overnight stays. You will receive a price advantage from the 4th overnight stay onwards. The prices are per person and night, including Bareiss half board. They include the applicable VAT for the individual services as well as the service charge, plus visitor's tax. Our reservation team looks forward to your call and to being able to advise you personally.
During the holiday periods listed below, all children aged 4 to 17 years receive a 30% discount for stays of 4 nights or more in their parents' or grandparents' room at no extra cost (extra bed in the same room).

The following prices apply for an extra bed or a sofa-bed in a single or double room apartment – including Bareiss half-board per person and night:

With children under 7 years as 1st or 2nd person in a double room, the room is charged for single use. The normal list price applies from 7 years onwards.
Dogs are very welcome here at the Bareiss! Please officially register your four-legged companion with your booking. There is a welcome for your dog: a water dish and feeding bowl, treats and a dog towel have been prepared in your room. We also have a dog shower room directly at the hotel for after walks through thick and thin, or for clean paws in all weathers. We maintain a selection of five different menus to ensure that your dog is ideally provided for during your stay with us. You can thus put together your own individual daily feeding plan.
Please note that dogs can only be accepted on arrangement and with their own dog basket, and that not all rooms and categories can be booked. Dogs must always be kept on a leash within the hotel and are not permitted to enter the hotel’s guest restaurants, the Hotel Bar, the sport and wellness areas, or the recreation rooms.
