Savour exquisite wines accompanied by a variety of carefully composed culinary pairings in special settings – and enjoy personal conversations with sensory experts from different fields: Join us on a multifaceted, vinophile journey as we celebrate the art of flavour and the harmony of perfect aroma pairings. Expertly illustrated with insights into grape varieties, vineyard locations, soils and characteristics, refinement processes and much more.

 

The arrangement includes the following:

  • 4 nights with the Bareiss half-board, arrival on Sunday

  • Sunday: Welcome aperitif featuring award-winning English sparkling wines from the renowned house of Nyetimber

  • Monday: Exclusive guided tour through the fish farm at the »Forellenhof Buhlbach«, followed by a culinary interlude in the »Forellenhof Stuben« under the motto »Fish and More«, with a guided wine tasting

  • Tuesday: Out and about in the region – visit to a local winery, sampling of their specialities, walk through the vineyard and gourmet snack. In the case of bad weather, the event will take place in a charming indoor setting

  • Wednesday: Cheese workshop and tasting of fine varieties, presented by a Maître Fromager, accompanied by a selection of complimentary wines

  • final Dinner: An exclusive evening dinner featuring prestige cuvées from renowned Champagne houses – Charles Heidsieck, Krug & Dom Pérignon – presented and hosted by our 3-star Sommelier Teoman Mezda

  • a bottle of »educational material« as a gift – a wine created by our employees, who gain hands-on experience at a local winery during their training, helping with the process from pruning to pressing
