Let’s bring some of the cellar treasures out into the light and draw strength from mother nature: celebrate the harvest and the golden months of autumn. We will show you local vines, decant a few selected bottles and broaden your palette for regional specialities.

 

The arrangement includes the following:

  • 4 nights with the Bareiss half-board

  • an aperitif and canapés in the library with sommelier Sabine Lindenmaier on Sunday evening

  • Monday: an excursion to the local wine region »badisches Rebland«, including a tour of two wineries with tastings and lunchtime snacks

  • Tuesday: Free time during the day, then an early evening »cabaret wine tasting« with Max Ruhbaum

  • Wednesday: Guided tour of our wine cellar and wine tasting with 3* sommelier Teoman Mezda

  • In the evening, exclusive Charles Heidsieck champagne aperitif followed by a menu from our Kaminstube chef, including wine accompaniment

  • A bottle of »Lehrstoff« (Educational materia) as a goodbye present; this wine is made by our trainee staff who work at a local vineyard several times a year, seeing the process through from pruning the vines to pressing the wine
